The external dimensions of large-scale logistics transportation of wind turbines have exceeded the typical dimensions of goods transportation. The logistics transportation of such goods on ordinary highways will be constrained by three major factors:
① The height of buildings along the line.
② The bearing capacity of the beam bridges along the route and the road traffic capacity.
③ The overall stability of the roadbed engineering along the line.
Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the plan for the intended off-site road, and carry out corresponding design work such as diversion, widening, tree cutting, pole relocation, house demolition, excavation, and filling for sections that do not meet transportation needs, to ensure that the off-site road meets the requirements for transporting large goods.
The introduction of three types of equipment transport vehicles for wind power plants is as follows:
Leaf logistics transportation flatbed truck:
It can be longitudinally extended to adapt to the logistics transportation of blades of different lengths, and can be directly transported from the manufacturer to the fan position, but due to the long length of the whole vehicle, it is difficult to turn.
Transportation cost: about 40 yuan/kilometer, with an appropriate increase for shorter distances.
Transportation of tower platform trucks:
The tower is transported from the wind farm transfer yard to the wind turbine position, with many bends and small radii along the route; When the slope is steep, it is necessary to use a crane to convert it into a rear hydraulic steering vehicle for transportation, and it should be towed by a tractor. The height of the bridge and culvert should not be less than 5.5m.
Transportation cost: approximately 5 cents per (t * kilometer), adjusted according to the length of the distance.
Special vehicles:
Special vehicles can lift their blades and rotate themselves 360 degrees through hydraulic control during transportation, avoiding various obstacles such as mountain slopes, trees, houses, bridges, tunnels, etc. This can significantly reduce the total length of the blade logistics transport vehicle and improve its cornering performance.
Transportation cost: Approximately 60000 to 100000 yuan per piece from the yard to the platform, adjusted according to difficulty.
