1. Dump Trucks: One of the most common types of mining machinery transport vehicles. They achieve automatic unloading through hydraulic or electric systems, greatly improving transportation efficiency. Depending on their structure, they can be divided into rigid dump trucks and articulated dump trucks. Rigid dump trucks can be further divided into mechanical transmission and electromechanical transmission. Mining dump trucks have a large load capacity, generally between 20 and 360 tons, and are suitable for ore transportation in various open-pit mines and large underground mines.
2. Mining Trucks: These typically refer to heavy-duty trucks used in open-pit mines for rock and soil stripping and ore transportation. They have strong load-bearing capacity and excellent off-road performance. They have short ranges and heavy loads, and are often loaded with large electric or hydraulic shovels, traveling between the mining point and the unloading point.
3. Mining Tractors: Primarily used for towing mining cars or other equipment, providing power traction in mining transportation. It can be used in combination with different types of trailers or mining cars, suitable for various complex mining conditions, capable of hauling heavy cargo, and ensuring the continuity of mining transportation.
4. Underground Mining Cars: Specifically designed for underground mining operations, these cars feature a low and compact body to adapt to the narrow and low-ceilinged environment underground. Examples include the UK series of underground mining cars, with models such as UK-4, UK-6, and UK-8. They employ four-wheel drive, have strong climbing ability, and their articulated frame results in a small turning radius and strong maneuverability.
5. Mining Explosives Transport Vehicles: Used to transport explosives, detonators, and other blasting materials required for mining blasting. They have special safety protection measures to ensure safety during transportation. Examples include models such as FCB-1.5, FCB-2, and FCB-3, whose cargo boxes adopt a special design registered with the Ministry of Public Security, with rated load capacities of 1500kg, 2000kg, and 3000kg respectively.
6. Mining Personnel Transport Vehicles: Primarily used for transporting miners underground, ensuring their commuting safety and efficiency. Models such as RU-9, RU-10, and RU-19 are trackless mining personnel transport vehicles that feature articulated frames or integral chassis designs, hydraulic steering mechanisms, small turning radii, flexible operation, strong climbing ability, and adaptability to complex underground tunnel environments.
